I keep meaning to tell you about my friend who's just wrapped up chemo following a hysterectomy for ovarian cancer. She felt pretty good throughout and even at the end was able to take care of her stables and pets and cook for herself and never did lose her hair. So think about that this week.

I've been meaning to write and now is as good as any. Your strength and courage have been a great inspiration and I hope you continue to have great results with your cancer treatments.
As an aside, when my mom went through chemo, her straight, thin hair fell our and came back in thick and curly for the first time in her life. She was so thrilled! I hope that if you lose yours, it comes back more beautiful than when it left.
Prayers for continued strength and great results are coming your way from New Mexico...and I'm sure from everywhere else you have friends and family around the country!
Have you considered a GNCS baseball cap? I know a guy who can get a few of those super cheap! Cute hair cut btw. Point of clarity - Does commenting on the quality of your haircut make me a little "light in the loafers"? Lisa always tells me, "If you notice a change, just say, 'I like you hair!' and nothing else!" I think she's just concerned for me that I'll stick my foot in my mouth - with good reason I suppose.
Sandy, that is both the longest and the shortest I've ever seen your hair my whole life! The long hair is just so pretty and makes me want to play with it. But the short hair is FABULOUS...Makes you look even more like Jamie. I'd love to have a short doo side by side with her! It could be twins! Whoever is recieving your hair from locks of love is one lucky person!
