We would love each of you to continue to send us prayers of strength and hope and, a new one today, prayers of sleep. Both Sandy and Phil are having trouble sleeping so any help would be great. On the other hand, Benjamin seems to be sleeping more than usual...apparently he is stealing all of the sleeping prayers at this time.
We visited with a few close friends today....Sandy even did some shopping and Phil cut the grass. Phil also watched a little bit of Wimbledon, which he would have been watching with his Mom if we hadn't had to cancel our trip. (By the way I'm cheering for Federer!)
We wish all of you a happy pre-July 4th and are extremely grateful that Sandy's parents will be coming shortly. In addition, thanks to Cindy and Keith for helping us to talk through a lot of logistics today, and to Rebekah for shopping with Sandy for "special" surgery clothes, and also to Rebekah for finding us a free vacuum!
